Cogenital Heart Diseases

A Congenital Heart Defect (CHD) is otherwise called an innate heart oddity and inherent coronary illness, is a deformity in the structure of the heart or extraordinary vessels that is available during childbirth. Signs and symptoms depend on the specific type of defect. Symptoms can vary from none to life-threatening

The most common types of congenital heart defects:

  2. Coarctation of the aorta
  3. Ebstein's anomaly
  4. Patent ductus arteriosus
  5. Pulmonary valve stenosis
  6. Septal defects
  7. Atrial septal defects
  8. Ventricular septal defects
  9. Single ventricle defects
  10. (Hypoplastic left heart syndrome
  11. Tricuspid atresia)
  12. Tetralogy of Fallot
  13. Truncus arteriosus
  14. Transposition of the great arteries
  15. Total (or partial) anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC)
